Baileigh MDC-550H 5HP 460V 3PH Dry Dust Collector

The Baileigh MDC-550H 5 HP 460V 3-Phase Dry Dust Collector delivers powerful, efficient dust extraction for demanding metalworking shops. Its 5 HP motor produces 3,583 CFM of airflow through a 10-inch inlet, while dual 5-inch inlet ports allow one collector to service two wide-belt sanders or polishing stations simultaneously. Two 5-micron paper filters capture 95.4% of 3–10 micron particles to help maintain cleaner shop air. The 126L fireproof, non-woven dust collection bag provides high-capacity collection and simplifies safe disposal. Designed for 460V, 3-phase operation, the collector draws only 7A at full load and uses a recommended 15A circuit breaker for straightforward electrical planning. UL 1017 certification supports NFPA 660 compliance and electrical safety. A removable-key start/stop switch doubles as a multifunction emergency stop for added operator protection. Includes a 1-year parts warranty and Baileigh Lifetime Technical Support.
