Baileigh MWDC-550 5HP 230V 3PH Wet Dust Collector

The Baileigh MWDC-550 5 HP 230V 3-Phase Wet Dust Collector provides powerful, water-based dust extraction for demanding metal polishing applications. Its wet separation system captures sub-5-micron particles and polishing fumes while helping reduce spark ignition and fire risks when collecting reactive or combustible metal dust. With 3,100 CFM airflow and 15,151 FPM velocity, it delivers strong extraction performance, while operating at just 75 dB from 5 feet for quieter shop operation. The 45L/70L collection drum features an easy-view water level window for convenient monitoring and maintenance. Designed to support a shop’s path toward NFPA 660 combustible dust compliance, the collector operates on 230V, 3-phase power at 9A full load with a recommended 20A breaker. A removable-key start/stop switch doubles as a multifunction emergency stop for added operator safety. Includes a 1-year parts warranty and Baileigh Lifetime Technical Support.
