Baileigh WBS-37 37 Inch x 60 Inch 3PH 230V Wide Belt Sander

The Baileigh 37 x 60 Inch Wide Belt Sander delivers powerful, precise sanding performance for demanding metalworking applications. A 10 HP main motor and generous 37 x 60 inch sanding capacity handle large workpieces and heavy material removal, while automatic sanding height adjustment, a digital readout, and 10 programmable presets simplify setup and changeovers. Automatic belt tracking keeps the abrasive centered for consistent results and longer belt life, and the variable 2–26 FPM conveyor speed allows operators to adjust feed rates for different materials and finishes. The machine handles materials from 1/32 to 6 inches thick and features UL 987-certified safety systems, including door interlocks, an E-stop, and a quick-stop abrasive belt e-brake. A 5-inch overhead dust port supports efficient dust collection. Ideal for deburring, slag removal, precision grinding, and surface finishing, it includes a 1-year parts warranty and Baileigh Lifetime Technical Support.
