With its open-jaw design, the Bosch GFM1000-15 Fork Meter is ideal for swift electrical diagnostics in tight spaces or crowded electrical panels. Built for easy, accurate voltage and current measurements, the meter has an easy-to-read LCD display and is engineered with True RMS Technology for more precise readings. The meter measures current up to 200 A AC and supports a wide voltage range up to 1000V AC/DC using the open fork or the included high-quality silicone test leads. It also acts as a non-contact voltage tester, offering added versatility and convenience for electricians on the job. Built for demanding worksites, it meets certified CATIV 600V and CAT III 1000V safety standards and features rubber reinforced housing that can withstand drops up to 6 Ft. The IP54 rating provides enhanced dust and water protection. With convenient power flexibility, the meter can run on either AA batteries (included) or the GBA37V10 3.7V Lithium-Ion battery (sold separately). An integrated flashlight helps provide visibility in dimly lit work areas and power cut-off protection prevents operation when the battery compartment is open, designed to help reduce the risk of accidental activation.
