The 10,000 BTU infrared side burner sears steaks to perfection, while the 15,000 BTU rear burner with premium rotisserie kit expands your menu and capabilities. The reversible solid stainless steel V-Grids offer versatility, featuring a pointed side for perfect sear marks and a V-Channel side to capture drippings and juices for continuous basting. The Flav-R-Wave cooking system delivers even heat and vaporizes juices, infusing them back into your food for unmistakable barbecue flavor.
