The DeWALT 3-knife two-speed thickness planer is powered by a 15 Amps motor that make sit ideal for cutting wider materials. Two-speed gear box allows to change feed speed to optimizing cuts per inch at 96 or 179 CPI. Material removal gauge and extra large thickness scale ensures accurate cuts with every pass. The automatic carriage lock minimizes the movement that causes snipe without the need for manual engagement by the user. Three knife cutter head is durable and delivers up to 30% longer knife life and also ensures fast and easy blade change. It has 19-3/4 Inch cast aluminum base, which is 2 times more rigid than a standard 10 Inch base and folding tables. It includes infeed and outfeed tables and an extra set of knives.
