A 15HP three-phase variable speed rotary screw air compressor engineered for demanding industrial, commercial, and workshop environments. With integrated dryer and advanced controls, this all-in-one air system delivers clean, dry compressed air exactly when you need it. Smart Air technology also calculates duty cycle so you can see cost savings daily, weekly and monthly. Smart Air Compressors allow you to have up to 50 Smart Air compressors via a simple ethernet cable and will automatically synchronize and operate using the auto demand technology. This patented technology also ensures energy waste is virtually eliminated, and the lifespan of each compressor is maximized. Giving you the freedom and flexibility to increase your compressed air needs, while controlling costs, as your business grows. Our swing arm dryer mount provides you with easy maintenance when servicing your rotary screw air compressor. By allowing the dryer to hinge away from the air compressor, this gives the cabinet more room for service. This is available on our 5HP - 20HP package models. Our PLC Puts You In Control Of the Smart Air Compressor. The digital PLC enables manual or remote pressure adjustments from 70 PSI to 175 PSI. It includes Hertz display while unit is running & provides programmable timed starts and stops for each day of the week. It also displays maintenance alarms, indicating when it's time to provide service or change filters and oil. Variable Speed Saves You Money in Operating expense. Wi-Fi and ethernet enabled for monitoring and controlling dozens of functions enabling users to CUSTOMIZE operating settings 7x24x365 using a mobile phone, laptop, or other smart device.
