This type of stand lifts the reel off the ground, so it rotates and dispenses cable quickly and easily. The Greenlee 13-inch to 28-inch telescoping stand features a 15- by 15-inch welded steel base for durability. Designed for professional use, it holds cable reels that weigh as much as 2,500 pounds. The Greenlee screw type reel stand features roller bearings that let the spindle turn and dispense cable quickly; these bearings also keep the spindle securely in place for safety purposes. With its telescoping technology, this device's height is adjustable for use with different cable reel spool types and sizes.
