Our modern FS 5000 D is a powerful diesel walk-behind floor saw with low emissions compliant with Tier 4 and Stage V regulations. The product's compact size, weight and balance is optimized for high production in service work applications cutting asphalt and concrete. With an impressive level of sustainable torque from the Yanmar diesel engine, it maximize production rates in the toughest conditions and contributes to a healthier working environment. The modern, service-friendly design, ergonomic controls and electronic support systems are highly intuitive, with focus on operator efficiency and convenience. The product is available with single speed or with 3-speed gearbox, as well as blade clutch, electronic tracking system on the rear axle, 5th wheel, light kit, water pump kit and weight kits. Powerful and fuel-efficient. Common-rail diesel engine with low emissions.

Low emissions. Equipped with diesel particle filter (DPF). Complies with Stage IIIB / Tier 4 regulations.

Intuitive and ergonomic control panel. All important functions are easy to reach and monitor, such as blade rpm, forward speed, electronic tracking, depth gauge, belt and pulley ratios, runtime and service minder.

Easy adjustment of tracking for straight cuts. Electric tracking system includes position indicator on the display, it can automatically return to neutral position and has the ability to memorise last used setting.

Ergonomic. Adjustable handlebars, intuitive control layout, easy manoeuvrability and low vibrations facilitate operation and reduce user-fatigue.

Adjustable and telescopic pointer. Provides good visibility when cutting and can be folded for transport.

Adjustable handles. Provides a closer and more comfortable position to the cutting side for easier alignment and straighter cuts. Handle can also be folded for transport.

Convenient transport between truck and work site. The blade clutch makes it possible to stop the blade when the engine is still running, for safe transportation.

Quick dis-engagement at blade slam. When thermal expansion of the concrete causes the blade to pinch in the kerf of the cut you can dis-engage the blade with the blade clutch.

Easy assembly of blade guard. Blade guard with lockable hinge. Easy to assemble and dis-assemble using your blade wrench.

Optimised display visibility. Automatic adjustment of the display back light makes the display readable in all light conditions.

Automatic depth stop. The depth indicator's stop function stops the saw at your desired cutting depth. Adjustable for all blade diameters.

Low maintenance. The IntelliSeal blade shaft system allows for a minimum of 250 maintenance-free hours without daily greasing of bearings.

Highly versatile 3-speed version. Optimal power and speed for a wide range of blade diameters; ideal when jobs require use of multiple blade sizes.
