Industrial Air Compressor 13 HP Honda Powered Two Stage Truck Mount with Electric Start

Industrial Air IH1393077 13 HP 30 Gallon two-stage truck mount air compressor w/ electric start Honda engine features an OHV design for increased efficiency and optimal power transfer. EPA and car-approved, it includes an automatic low oil shutdown feature to avoid unnecessary damage to the unit due to user error. Industrial-level performance delivered maximum CFM at 175 PSI, providing enough power to operate more than one air tool or device at one time. Our patented pump design provides for a cooler running pump. This is due to our unique, patented piston design, our cast iron cylinder head with patented deep-groove directional cooling fins, precision-bored cylinder with patented asymmetrical cooling fins. Perfect for service truck and field service applications, it also features a patented cast iron flywheel design, along with a 30 Gallon truck mount style ASME-certified tank. The 7.5 HP, cast iron, two stage industrial pump features six free-floating stainless red valves with stop guides for controlled lift, along with four rings per piston for improved volumetric efficiencies and oil control. Our patented piston design allows for improved compression efficiency. We extended the height on the already high-efficiency breather, and the large, easy-view oil level sight glass eliminates guesswork. You'll appreciate the automotive-type, once-piece, counter-balanced crankshaft that allows for smooth, trouble-free operation. Oversized, industrial-grade bearings are used for extended pump life, and splash lubrication is applied to all working parts for complete lubrication. Automotive-style connecting rods are equipped with precision inserts for long life - the two-piece connecting rod with oil control feature provides full lubrication. The industrial-grade metal intake filter/silencer with 5-second sound attenuation baffles with an automotive-style replaceable filter element.
