JET GHB-1340A 13 In. Swing 40 In. Centers Gear Head Lathe

This JET® GHB-1340A, Gear Head Bench Lathe provides the strength and speed you need for all sorts of turning jobs. Its three and four-jaw chucks provide reliable grips on stock of all sizes. This Jet lathe has hardened gears and a V-way bed that maintains strength under serious heat and pressure. Quick adjustments to the machine change the speed, and the single-phase lathe's gearbox reduces noise so you can work without distractions. This machine comes with a lubricated headstock to ensure it runs smooth without oil. Its full-length splash guard protects you from heated debris while you work and a removable gap bed section provides extra room for large stock. In addition to its hardened components, this unit has an aluminum housing to resist heat.
