The Makita cordless 5/16 Inch metal hole puncher is ideal to use for fabrication, HVAC, plumbing and other applications. This puncher has the capacity to punch up to 5/16 Inch steel surfaces and 15/64 Inch stainless steel surfaces. Punch stop design retracts automatically once a punch is complete. Grip handle can be rotated for up to 360 degree for operational flexibility. Adjustable depth guide facilitates smooth punch location alignment of up to 1-37/64 Inch from the edge of the workplace. Return lever allows the user to take back the punch midway through the operation. 18 Volt 5 Amp-Hours battery provides efficient punching in just under 5 seconds. Pistol grip handle consists of a rubberized grip that minimizes fatigue and ensures user comfort. Integral LED light brightens up the workplace in dark conditions. Side handle offers added convenience while using the puncher for longer periods of time. All metal construction offers added strength and durability. Star protection computer controls prevent overloading, overheating and over-discharging of the tool. Puncher comes with a round punch, round die, oil, three hex wrenches, spanner wrench, nut bar, side handle and a tool case.
