The Makita® SJS™II 4-1/2 Inch high-power angle grinder with brake, is built with 15 Amp motor which offers enhanced performance output and variable speed of 2800 to 11500 RPM. It features a sturdy aluminum gear housing which ensures trouble free gear alignment and durability. Designed with spiral bevel gears that offer effortless rotations and optimum energy transfer. Labyrinth construction, zig zag epoxy coated armature coil and powder coated field safeguards the motor and bearings from dust and debris and ensures long lasting usage. Embedded with leaf spring and cam gear drive mechanism, this angle grinder has minimized vibration. It has a motor fan with enlarged fins, which cools running motor and ensures enhanced air flow. Built in electronic controller with soft start, constant speed control and electronic current limiter ensures smooth operation, durable gear life as well as overload protection in high torque applications. Includes a wheel guard for convenient, no tool adjustment and has a slide switch with lock-on for uninterrupted usage. Comes with a vibration absorbing side handle and a variable speed control dial for user convenience. This product comes with a grinding wheel, wheel guard, side handle, inner flange, lock-nut and a wrench.
