The 40V max XGT® 1/4" Slide Switch Die Grinder, Variable Speed, with Electric Brake (GDG01) delivers up to 40% faster grinding in a slide switch style grinder with a 1/4" collet that fits up to 2" cutting wheels and 3" sanding accessories. The GDG01 features a variable 5-speed control dial for RPM adjustments (7,000-29,000) to match speed to the application and features an electric brake for maximum productivity. The 1/4"" collet fits up to 2"" cutting wheels and 3"" sanding accessories. The 1/4" Slide Switch Die Grinder features anti-restart protection that is engineered to prevent the motor from starting up when the battery is inserted with the power switch locked on. The GDG01 features a slide switch with lock-on for continuous operation. Convenience features include an LED light ring that maximizes visibility of the user with a full 360° of work area illumination, as well as a spindle lock for single wrench accessory changes. XGT® is a system of equipment, tools, batteries, and chargers utilizing 40V max lithium-ion batteries. XGT® is engineered to deliver high power to take on high-demand applications, allowing users to completely transition to a cordless job site.
