Makita 40V max XGT Cordless 14in Top Handle Chain Saw Kit

The Makita cordless 14 Inch top handle chain saw kit contains a 14 Inch chain saw, 40 Volt max XGT® lithium-ion 4 Amp-Hours battery, rapid charger and 14 Inch sprocket nose guide bar. Chain saw designed with a high power-to-weight ratio, is perfect to use for cutting and trimming applications. The battery offers a capacity to cut up to 160 cuts in 4x4 cedar. A variable speed trigger improves cutting performance by adjusting the speed of the chain up to 4882 FPM. The brushless motor has the power that operates at a power equivalent to a 30 cc gas chain saw. This chain saw ensures a low noise level and zero emissions for eco-friendly operation. Bar nut and lateral chain tensioning makes it easy to use and maintain. Automatic chain lubrication contains a large oil reservoir and ensures smooth movement of the device. Large oil filling port features a viewing window that allows the user to monitor the oil level. The lock-off lever protects the chain from accidental engagement. An IPX4 weather-resistant construction extend the life of the tool and reduces maintenance. Extreme protection technology ensures great resistance to dust and water in harsh jobsite conditions. Digital communication features an XGT technology to protect the battery from over-heating, over-discharge and over-loading. Battery with rigid rails, have an impact-resistant construction to secure the tool in harsh conditions. Multi-layer contact interface produces more power on high current demands. Dual fan design of the charger cools down the battery and circuit board to prolong the tool life and the digital display indicates the battery level. Built-in chip of the charger helps in monitoring the current, voltage and temperature for efficient charging.
