Makita 5in Concrete Planer with Dust Extraction Shroud & Diamond Cup Wheel

The Makita 5 Inch concrete planer with dust extraction shroud, is powered by a powerful 1400 Watt motor that delivers more output and 9000 RPM. Electronic current limiter helps to protect the motor from overload. Battery protection circuit safeguards against overloading, over-discharging and over-heating. Constant speed control automatically applies additional power to the motor to maintain speed under load. Variable speed control dial allows the user to match the speed to the application. Soft start suppresses start-up reaction ensures more control and longer tool life. Anti-restart feature avoids accidental start up after power loss. The removable front cover allows to plane flush to walls or corners. Compact and Lightweight design delivers high production work with less fatigue. SJSII provides a leaf spring and cam gear drive mechanism is engineered to minimize vibration for increased operator comfort during extended use. Four-spring suspension system keeps shroud flush with surface during movement. Soft brushes avoid dust from escaping and helps to move the tool over the surface.
