Maksiwa International Portable Edgebander and Trimming Machine Bundle

The MAKSIWA CBC.E portable Edgebander is designed for the discerning Woodworker that is looking for convenience, portability, and affordability. This unit features retractable legs and feet, which make for easy portability and transportation. The CBC.E uses a hot glue process for adhering edge banding such as PVC, ABS, paper and wood that do not have a glue backing. This unit utilizes edge banding with a maximum tape height of 3 In. (80 mm) and a tape thickness of 0.3 mm to 2 mm. The integrated manual cutter offers precise cutting of the tape. With a digital control temperature panel and glue pot with the capacity of 1.5 Lbs. (700 grams), this Edgebander is a must-have for any cabinet shop. The MAKSIWA CBC.E is easy to assemble, heats up in 15 minutes, and is easy to use. A spiral glue bar raises the glue from the glue pot and flows back down, similar to a fondue fountain. The electronic power panel consists of a master on/off switch, hands-free emergency shut-off switch, glue pot on/off switch, feeder switch and digital thermostat. The digital thermostat panel is pre-set at the factory to 170° Celsius and is easily adjustable from 120° to 220° Celsius, depending on your glue choice. MAKSIWA recommends glues that work in the range of 160° up to 190° Celsius. Adjustments for height and width of edge tape can be made easily. There is also an adjustment for glue flow rate. The edge trimmer machine RBB.1000 execute trimming and scraping on the edge tape applied on MDF and similar wood panels, providing a perfect finishing. The RBB.1000 is portable, easy to install, with a versatile mounting system for any kind of bench. Works in ABS edges, PVC and others. The RBB.1000 is easy to operate and ensures a perfect finishing in your projects. Trimmer included.
