Microjig GRR-RIPPER 200AIR 3D Pushblock

The Microjig GRR-RIPPER 200AIR 3D Pushblock builds on the proven GRR-RIPPER platform with additional stabilization and gripping capability for wider stock and demanding router-table applications. X-AIR Heels are integrated into every leg, flexing away during the cut before snapping down to capture the workpiece tail. The 3-Directional Force System simultaneously applies downward, inward, and forward pressure to help maintain alignment against the table and fence while reducing kickback potential. Its Stabilizing Plate provides 250% more stabilizing surface, using a rear hook to control the workpiece tail without pushing material toward the blade. The Adjustable Spacer adds 54% more gripping surface for larger workpieces while creating clearance around exposed router bits. A SafeRIP Center Tunnel allows the blade to pass through the redesigned center leg while maintaining pressure on both sides of the cut, making the 200AIR suitable for demanding woodworking operations.
