The Microjig GRR-RIPPER 300AIR 3D Pushblock delivers the most comprehensive configuration in the GRR-RIPPER AIR lineup, combining the control features of the 200AIR with four additional accessories. It's included 1/8 Inch Leg enables precise cutting of exceptionally narrow strips down to a true 1/8 Inch x 1/8 Inch, making it useful for edge banding, inlays, and small parts. The Gravity Heel Kit provides dynamic sacrificial heels that retract during the cut and drop to capture the workpiece tail while helping minimize tearout. A Handle Bridge distributes downward pressure across the pushblock, while the Deflector/Connector helps shield hands from chips and debris and allows two GRR-RIPPER units to connect for feeding longer stock. X-AIR Heels on every leg provide automatic tail capture, while the 3-Directional Force System maintains downward, inward, and forward pressure. The SafeRIP Center Tunnel allows controlled blade passage through the center leg.
