Powermatic 4224B Lathe 3 HP 1/3 PH 220 V

The 4224B Lathe with Lamp Kit, from Powermatic, makes it fast and easy to create any number of different decorative or functional items. Its 3hp motor runs the spindle at a maximum speed of 3,500 rpm to make quick work of tough material. This Powermatic 4224B lathe's digital rpm readout allows you to see exactly how fast you're going, and you can select from one of three settings to get the ideal combination of speed and control for each task. The included pair of 100W lamps give you the light you need to see clearly. This Powermatic lathe has a tool caddy to help you keep your turning tools handy. An air nozzle with a quick-connect feature makes it simple to clear away particulates. A magnet on the back of the power switch lets you attach it anywhere on the machine. The hand wheels have an ergonomic design as well as chrome plating for rust resistance. The quill has a self-ejecting design for added convenience. Internal storage in the tail stock keeps everything in one place.
