A ratchet binder like no other! Has a fold-down handle allowing for ratcheting in tight spaces and then folds down out of the way. To be used with higher grade alloy tie-down chains: grades 100, 80, and 70. Rated at 12000 Lbs. WLL.

Yellow electro zinc eye bolts and hooks ward off rust and indicate higher WLL capability

Like any machine with moving parts, threads must be lubricated at all times, note: eye bolts are pinned so threads cannot completely back out, this ensures that minimum required thread contact is always achieved, red stripe warning on threads
