The Makita® LXT® 18 Volts cordless 1/2 Inch driver‑drill kit is built with brushless motor which offers optimum performance speed of 0 to 550 RPM and 0 to 1800 RPM (0 to 9750 and 0 to 39000 BPM) as well as torque of up to 970 in-lb. This variable 2-speed transmission tool has electronic controls for changing tool settings as per your drilling and fastening requirement. It is compactly designed with 6-7/8 Inch length, making it ideal for use in small spaces. Designed with 1/2 Inch sturdy metal, self ratcheting chuck that assures enhanced gripping strength for bits. The Extreme Protection Technology (XPT™) safeguards the motor and bearings from dust, debris and water and ensures long lasting usage. Features Star Protection Computer Controls™ which safeguards from excess loading and discharging as well as over-heating. The BL1850B model, lithium-ion 5.0 Ah battery with LED battery charge level indicator, requires less than 45 minutes to completely charge and offers 50% more run time. The rapid optimum charger with inbuilt chip and fan, ensures long lasting smooth performance. This tool includes rubberized soft grip for user convenience and LED light for illuminating dark areas. It is suitable for use with Makita® 18 Volts lithium-ion batteries with a star symbol. This product comes with two 18 Volts LXT® lithium-ion batteries, rapid charger and a bag. The tool has limited warranty of 3 years.
