The Makita® LXT® 18 Volts cordless 3 Inch cut off tool is built with brushless motor to offer enhanced performance output and cutting speed of up to 20000 RPM. This tool is designed with a switch that helps to operate forward and reverse operations single handedly. Comes with an easy to install, dust collection cut-off guard which helps to cut deeply at up to 5/8 Inch. Built in electronically controlled brushless motor and electric brake enhances productivity and durability of the product. The Extreme Protection Technology (XPT™) and wire mesh intake covers safeguards the motor and bearings from dust, debris and water and ensures long lasting usage. If wheel is forced to stop, active feedback-sensing technology (AFT®) turns the motor off. It has an integrated LED light for illuminating dark areas. It is suitable for use with Makita® batteries and chargers. The tool has limited warranty of 3 years. It is suitable for use with Makita® lithium-ion batteries with a Star symbol. The tool has limited warranty of 3 years.
