This Makita 18 Volt LXT® Lithium-Ion cordless impact wrench tool with 7/16 Inch hex chuck and hanging ring, delivers enhanced fastening control that is perfect for linemen and electricians for installation and maintenance of power lines, wood boring and many more. It is precisely designed to provide increased run time, power as well as speed control for unmatched performance. This wrench has a Makita-built brushless motor, which offers 590 ft-lb of fastening torque. User can achieve precise fastening control through the 3-speed power selection switch that is 0 to 900/0 to 1000/0 to 1800 RPM and 0 to 1800/0 to 2000/0 to 2200 IPM for a wide range of applications. This electronically-controlled BL™ brushless motor efficiently uses energy to match torque and RPM to the changing demands of the application. The Star Protection Computer Controls™ technology allows the Star Protection-equipped tool and battery to exchange data in real time and monitor conditions while in use to safeguard against over-loading, over-discharging and over-heating. Wrench has built-in LED light with pre-glow and afterglow illuminates the work area. Tool features electric brake for increased productivity and easy to operate forward/reverse switch. Compact and ergonomic wrench has rubberized soft grip handle to offer enhanced comfort on the job. The 9 Inch long impact wrench works well with Makita 18 Volt Lithium-Ion batteries with a Star symbol. Tool hook aids in securing the tool while not in use.
